Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within the US order (US only). Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 7-12 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] and we'll chase it up.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Multi-pillow orders

2- and 3-pillow bundles ship together in a single package whenever possible, so you'll get one tracking number for the full order.
